Farm at Cereal, AB. I am fourth generation. My family and my parents farm together. My grandparents originally had milk cows and chickens and sold/delivered milk and eggs around the area. Surprisingly a tornado hit in the early 1900s and lifted and old barn quite a ways away. Have had cows and chickens at different times throughout my farming career but we are essentially a grain farm now. Wheat, mustard, rye mostly.
I am a 4th Generation farm, farming with my Dad on our 2200ac farm near Penzance, SK. We grow wheat, canola, lentils, and flax primarily. I have a lovely wife and two young boys who help inspire and motivate me to be a better person, husband, father, and farmer everyday.

My dad and I farm together south of Barrhead AB. We had a very successful harvest season. Between the two of us we do it all! No extra help is hired to complete our 1500 ac that we crop. I wouldnāt change all the hard work for anything. When you love what you do it makes all the difference! My wife and kids are the best crockpot crew keeping us fed and giving rides to get equipment where it needs to be.

Our youngest daughter stands in the yard watching her dad bring in the crop with the combine, completely in awe of the machine and the work being done. For us, harvest isnāt just about long hours in the field. It is also about raising the next generation to understand and appreciate where our food comes from and the hard work it takes to grow it.
LeBras Farms Ltd. is a family grain farm in northeast Saskatchewan. We grow canola, wheat, barley, oats, and peas. We also produce alfalfa seed and manage leafcutter bees, which we sell to customers in the United States. Each season brings new challenges, but also new opportunities to learn and grow.
The wide-eyed wonder of our children reminds us why we farm and keeps us grounded in what truly matters-faith, family, and leaving a legacy for the next generation.
Prairie West Farms is a 4th Gen farm operating just south of Tofield AB. Farming with family can be tough at times but we are so grateful to be able to take off the last several harvests having 3 generations working together to get the job done. It is very rewarding watching passion for agriculture and the work of harvest capture your own children and then in the blink of an eye theyāre running equipment and challenging you on equipment purchase decisions š. Wouldnāt trade it for anything.

I grew up on a beef farm and am now a first generation grain farmer near Douglas, MB growing mainly wheat, canola, and beans on 7000 acres. We also grow peas, rye, barley, and sunflowers from time to time as well. We are a big curling family and my younger brother is curling in the Olympic pre-trials next week to try and earn a spot to the Trials in Halifax. Go team Calvert!
